超短英語演講稿（有關(guān)名言）
演講稿的正文也是整篇演講的主體。
主體必須有重點(diǎn)、有層次、有中心語句。
演講主體的層次安排可按時(shí)間或空間順序排列，也可以平行并列、正反對(duì)比、逐層深入。
由于演講材料是通過口頭表達(dá)的，為了便于聽眾理解，各段落應(yīng)上下連貫，段與段之間有適當(dāng)?shù)倪^渡和照應(yīng)。
結(jié)尾是演講內(nèi)容的收束。
它起著深化主題的作用。
結(jié)尾的方法有歸納法、引文法、反問法等。
歸納法是概括一篇演講的中心思想，總結(jié)強(qiáng)調(diào)主要觀點(diǎn)；引文法則是引用名言警句，升華主題、留下思考；反問法是以問句引發(fā)聽眾思考和對(duì)演講者觀點(diǎn)的認(rèn)同。
此外，演講稿的結(jié)尾也可以用感謝、展望、鼓舞等語句作結(jié)，使演講能自然收束，給人留下深刻印象。
大多數(shù)演講稿如同一篇議論文，有主要觀點(diǎn)，有對(duì)主要觀點(diǎn)的論證。
一篇演講稿最好只有一個(gè)主題，這是由演講稿的特定情景性和時(shí)間性所決定的。
在一個(gè)有限的時(shí)間段內(nèi)，完全借助于語言、手勢(shì)等向聽眾講明一個(gè)問題或道理，同時(shí)又要說服聽眾，就要求在寫作演講稿時(shí)一定要突出主題、觀點(diǎn)鮮明。
主題選定了，還要收集相應(yīng)的材料對(duì)之進(jìn)行論證。
材料的選擇要通俗，要選擇大多數(shù)人都知道的、聽得懂的，而不能選擇太生僻的、很少有人知道的。
因?yàn)檠葜v一即時(shí)表演，聽眾沒有時(shí)間去驗(yàn)證或查找這些材料的內(nèi)容或是出處。
因此，在準(zhǔn)備演講稿之前首先要了解聽眾的情況：他們是些什么人，他們的思想狀況、文化程度、職業(yè)狀況如何，他們所關(guān)心的問題是什么，等等。
掌握了聽眾的特征和心理，在此基礎(chǔ)上恰當(dāng)?shù)剡x擇材料，組織材料，是演講成功的必要條件。
寫作演講稿還有一個(gè)特別要注意的，就是對(duì)演講節(jié)奏和時(shí)間的把握。
每一場(chǎng)演講都是有時(shí)間限制的，少則一分鐘，多則一兩小時(shí)甚至一天，演講者必須把握自己演講的速度和內(nèi)容，既不能時(shí)間到了，還沒有講完，也不能距離演講結(jié)束還有一段時(shí)間，而演講者已經(jīng)無話可說了。
演講稿對(duì)于演講速度和節(jié)奏的把握有著極其重要的作用。
寫作時(shí)，要不時(shí)地停下來，用自己的正常語速大聲朗讀，根據(jù)朗讀的結(jié)果調(diào)整演講的內(nèi)容。
另一方面，還要根據(jù)演講時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)短調(diào)整要講的內(nèi)容，做到整場(chǎng)演講的音調(diào)有高低起伏、節(jié)奏有輕重緩急、情緒有高漲有低潮，波瀾起伏、收舒有度。
最后，演講稿還要在情緒上具有較強(qiáng)的感染力，語言上做到生動(dòng)感人。
在沒有時(shí)間限制的情況下，盡量做到短而精，在聽眾的精力分散前戛然而止，余味悠長(zhǎng)。
