說容易教是因為孩子們什么都不懂，教的時候任你發(fā)揮；說難教，也是因為孩子們什么都不懂，所以要教好他們，除了應該有足夠的耐心之外，還必須有足夠的愛心和責任心。所以幼兒園教師除了像一般的教師一樣具備良好的業(yè)務素質(zhì)和師德之外，還必須有一顆童心，只有這樣，才能更好的和孩子們交流溝通，更容易讓孩子們接受你所傳授的知識和經(jīng)驗。
我是一名新教師，在學校里我學的雖然是幼師，畢業(yè)后卻一直在教小學。今年暑假開學機緣巧合我成了一名幼兒教師，雖說教育都是相通的，卻也只是一句泛泛之談，真正運用于實踐還是需要很多努力和探索的。

幼兒從早上入園到晚上離園，我們一整天都是和他們在一起，而他們的父母只是把他們接回去睡覺，他們的吃、喝、拉、撒，他們的性格愛好，他們的喜、怒、哀、樂，都緊緊地和我們聯(lián)系在一起。我愛他們，因為他們幾乎就是我的孩子；我陪伴他們度過一生中發(fā)展成長最關(guān)鍵的幼兒時期，而我又怎能不對他們產(chǎn)生感情呢？一個家庭保姆，給人看上幾個月的孩子還會戀戀不舍、揮淚離去，而我——一個跟孩子朝夕相處的幼兒教師，不更是傾注了自己的全部心血嗎？有的孩子病了，我會緊緊地把他摟在懷里，給他喂水吃藥；有的孩子發(fā)高燒，我會急忙抱上他送往保健室或去醫(yī)院；有的家長工作忙沒來接孩子，我會跟孩子一起耐心地等待或送她回家；有的孩子因父母離異而變得性格孤僻，我會加倍的愛護她、幫他找回快樂……
總之，只要是父母肯為孩子付出的我們都愿付出。我想，我們比大多數(shù)常人更富有愛心。
記得一次電視里報道：一個孩子橫穿馬路，眼看將被一輛飛馳而來的汽車撞上，是一位素不相識的幼兒教師挺身而出，撲到孩子身上，才使孩子幸免于難。（2008年5月12日四川地震時，又有多少人民教師硬是用自己的生命換取了學生的生命呢！他們把死的危險留給自己，把生的希望讓給了學生。）這充分體現(xiàn)了人民教師的職業(yè)習慣和崇高的職業(yè)道德，堪稱是：新時代的最可愛可敬的人。
在我的心目中，幼兒教師不僅是一種職業(yè)，它更是一項崇高的事業(yè)。因為職業(yè)只是一種謀生的手段，而事業(yè)卻是我一生中最執(zhí)著的追求。我堅持“一切為了孩子，為了孩子一切，為了一切孩子”的原則，為了使孩子們真正體會到：“幼兒園像我家，老師愛我像媽媽”。我將班上所有孩子的生日按月歸類，跟孩子們一起點生日蠟燭，一起唱生日歌，一起分享彼此的幸福與快樂。
為了給孩子們制作形象逼真的玩教具，我寧愿做一個“破爛兒王”，在紅衛(wèi)路的垃圾箱里、文化宮的垃圾堆里，不知撿了多少支香煙盒子，就連去外地參觀時也忘不了在大街小巷里留神尋找。記得去運城地區(qū)幼兒園參觀時，在鹽化局招待所的小巷里，我還撿了幾條包裝用的鐵皮條，回來后剪成小段當寶貝用（做磁性教具用）。秋天到了，樹葉落下來了，有綠的、有黃的、有紅的，各種樹的葉形狀各異，為了讓孩子們親近大自然、了解大自然，我?guī)Ш⒆觽円黄鹑ノ幕瘜m的小樹林里撿樹葉；回來后洗洗干凈，教孩子們粘貼成各種小動物，孩子們也都很喜歡。
我深深地體會到：教師的童心與愛心，能大大激發(fā)孩子們活動的積極性。我課上做孩子們的老師，課下就是他們的大朋友，和孩子們一起玩“老鷹捉小雞”、“開著火車上北京”、“大海上面開大船”、“丟手絹”/“捕魚”等游戲，領孩子們?nèi)ム徑摹暗貐^(qū)體育場”放風箏，和孩子們一起收廢電池、廢膠卷，一起自制錢和票，一起開照相館。在館里，孩子們可以自由商量著變換角色，一會兒當服務員，一會兒當銀行行長，一會兒當攝影師，一會兒又是顧客，一會兒又是化妝師，孩子們親切地稱我為“老板娘?！痹谶@里，大家無拘無束、盡情歡樂，表現(xiàn)了孩子們無窮的樂趣。
在和孩子們相處的過程中，我愈來愈感覺到：只有把愛無私得奉獻給孩子們，才是我一生中最大的快樂與幸福；在這快樂與幸福之余，我時常在心里默默地哼著歌曲：《我們是光榮的人民教師》歌詞是——“藍天上雄鷹展翅飛翔，百靈鳥放聲歌唱，我們是光榮的人民教師，多么自豪無尚榮光；我們是光榮的人民教師，多么自豪無尚榮光。啊……啊……人民的重托永不忘，黨的教導記心上，忠誠黨的教育事業(yè)，誓把青春獻給黨！”
如果命運再一次讓我重新選擇的話，我將堅定不移地還要選擇這一行。

下午好！
首先，我要感謝所有家長抽出寶貴的時間參加這次家長會，感謝他們對我們班級工作的支持和幫助。召開這次家長會的目的是為了解決安全問題。最近，社會上出現(xiàn)了幾個安全問題。為了加強老師和家長之間的聯(lián)系，為了我們寶寶的健康問題，我們可以積極有效地參與學生的教育管理。今天，我將與您討論以下問題：
我們學校非常重視孩子的安全，比如食品安全，校車安全，交通安全，管理安全。
1、交通安全方面，每個寶寶都有交通卡。希望早上能把寶寶送到值班老師那里，然后拿著交通卡。下午放學后，希望每位家長拿著接機卡在黃金配線外等候，有序接孩子。
2、消防、電、水等安全問題，我們這里一定要注意，我們學校的老師會組織孩子去實踐，并進行教育指導，也希望家長，在家里，也應該做好監(jiān)督和指導。
3、對于食品安全，首先從小養(yǎng)成衛(wèi)生習慣，飯前飯后洗手，不吃垃圾食品。初冬盡可能多給寶寶熱水，多吃水果。
4、至于校車，隨校車值班的老師會在上下車的時候照顧好孩子，但家長也需要向孩子明確，校車到了，一定要站在路邊。校車完全停穩(wěn)后，尤老師負責安排每個寶寶上車，系好安全帶。下車后，請等待校車離開后再步行或從車后步行。
