我很幸運(yùn)能有機(jī)會擔(dān)任漢語學(xué)院本科教育一年級的口語課程。很感謝領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的信任，把這么重要的任務(wù)交給我。很感謝學(xué)校給我這個對外漢語教師行業(yè)的新生兒成長的空間。所以對于本次教學(xué)任務(wù)我很重視，也很珍惜。這主要表現(xiàn)在以下方面：
首先，每次課前我都會認(rèn)真地準(zhǔn)備，自己拿不準(zhǔn)的地方求助于詞典。我很清楚自己所教的對象不是普通的漢語學(xué)習(xí)者，而是未來的漢語專業(yè)人士。正確是第一位的。這當(dāng)然是每一個教師首先應(yīng)該追求的，但對于教未來的漢語專業(yè)人士，這一點(diǎn)及其重要。如果他們學(xué)到了錯誤的東西，是不能被社會原諒的。
其次，上課時提前十分鐘到達(dá)教室。從教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教齡來說，我還屬于最低的那一級。教學(xué)上在短時間內(nèi)無法達(dá)到專家級水平的情況下，我能做的只有保持不折不扣的教師形象。中國有句俗話，“做什么要有什么的樣子”。這是做好任何事情的前提。
再次，課間積極和學(xué)生交流，了解他們的學(xué)習(xí)生活狀況。愛學(xué)生、關(guān)心學(xué)生是教師必備的職業(yè)素質(zhì)，也是教師的責(zé)任。幫助他們，讓他們生活無憂、心無雜念，一心用在學(xué)習(xí)上也是老師應(yīng)該做的。多和學(xué)生交流，找到學(xué)生的興趣，也好改進(jìn)自己教學(xué)方法，有的放矢。

在本學(xué)期的工作中我逐漸認(rèn)識到，要成為一個好教師——學(xué)生們喜歡，教學(xué)質(zhì)量高——最重要的是，“用心”。教學(xué)活動也是創(chuàng)造性活動，要想上好每一堂課，我們必須用心地創(chuàng)造。創(chuàng)造新穎的課堂表現(xiàn)形式，創(chuàng)造能夠激發(fā)學(xué)生興趣的教學(xué)方式，利用靈活的教學(xué)方法。課堂需要的不是灌輸知識的教書匠，而是能讓學(xué)生不知不覺地進(jìn)入故事情節(jié)的戲劇演員。教書好比表演戲劇。在課堂上我們的任務(wù)是引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)入故事，讓他們自主地充當(dāng)某一角色，讓他們感覺講臺上的一切水到渠成而非矯揉造作。要達(dá)到這個境界當(dāng)然需要用心地準(zhǔn)備，臺上一分鐘，臺下十年功。備課的過程就是用心感受虛擬課堂的過程。課堂的每一個環(huán)節(jié)必須提前感受到。備課需要我們備得天衣無縫。
感興趣的事情才能“用心”，才能做好。工作又是人的生活中很重要的一部分。時間是物質(zhì)運(yùn)動的存在方式，工作是生命的存在動力，理想的工作是生命積極健康地存在的條件。除了它能讓我們衣食無憂，還是我們重要的存在方式。所以我們要選擇自己喜歡的工作，這樣才能把工作當(dāng)成生活的意義。把工作做好活著才有價值，才有意義。選擇教師這一職業(yè)是因?yàn)槲覠釔?。和學(xué)生們在一起會讓我幸福，我尤其喜歡和來自世界各地、不同國家的人交流，這會讓我生活愉快和充實(shí)。我喜歡這樣的工作。

一般來說，一個人的'聽力水平和口語能力密不可分。聽力水平高的人 可以很好的理解講話人的意圖，并能夠聽出一些習(xí)慣用法的表達(dá)，并在以后的口語交流時從自己的記憶庫中調(diào)用適當(dāng)?shù)谋磉_(dá)方法；口語表達(dá)比較好的人一般聽力也比 較好，因?yàn)榭谡Z表達(dá)是在一種交流的環(huán)境中進(jìn)行的，要讓他人理解自己的意思必須首先了解他人的表達(dá)習(xí)慣和方法，而這正是聽力能力的范疇。所以，口語和聽力不 可分割，而聽力又扮演了基礎(chǔ)能力的角色。

一、正確認(rèn)識小學(xué)英語口語評價的目的
評價不是最終給任課教師或每位學(xué)生打出一個等級，而是讓教師發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、改進(jìn)教學(xué)、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。更重要的是讓每位學(xué)生通過評價測試的過程受到鼓勵，增強(qiáng)英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣，評價是學(xué)生自我診斷、激勵學(xué)習(xí)的手段。我校畢業(yè)班的口語評價注重語言的正確性和流利性。語言的正確性包括語音語調(diào)、詞匯及語法；語言的流利性包括語流、運(yùn)用語言的能力。因此，小學(xué)英語口語評價的目的在于激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性，讓學(xué)生樂于說英語，大膽說英語，并且能說出比較地道的英語，為其終身學(xué)習(xí)英語做好準(zhǔn)備。
二、運(yùn)用科學(xué)而全面的口語評價方法
（一）日常學(xué)習(xí)生活中的形成性評價
1、值生報(bào)告
每天開課前5分鐘請兩名同學(xué)做英語展示，話題不限，之后由全班同學(xué)向他們提問。最終由全班同學(xué)一起與教師對他們的表現(xiàn)做評價。先指出他們好的表達(dá)法，再指出他們的不足。這是一個共同復(fù)習(xí)、取長補(bǔ)短的過程，學(xué)生在一個寬松愉快的環(huán)境中學(xué)習(xí)別人好的語音語調(diào)、好的表達(dá)法、精彩的話題構(gòu)思、敏銳的英語問答，也發(fā)現(xiàn)自己或同學(xué)易犯的錯誤。最后，教師和學(xué)生從語音語調(diào)、語法、話題構(gòu)思及儀容儀表四個方面給兩位同學(xué)打出等級。值生報(bào)告的評價是師生互動、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生英語"說"的運(yùn)用能力。

每個星期結(jié)束，英語教師將對這一星期學(xué)生上課紀(jì)律、課堂回答問題、課堂運(yùn)用英語情況記錄在家校聯(lián)系冊上，讓學(xué)生及家長及時了解這一周學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)情況。這是教師對學(xué)生平時英語學(xué)習(xí)的短期評價，是師、生與家長三方互動，這一評價促進(jìn)學(xué)生更好了解自己的進(jìn)步，家長也能進(jìn)一步幫助學(xué)生更好學(xué)習(xí)，增強(qiáng)學(xué)生和家長的信心。
3、課外運(yùn)用
英語口語的關(guān)鍵是學(xué)必用，學(xué)生必須將所學(xué)知識運(yùn)用到實(shí)際生活中去才是真正意義上的學(xué)到了、學(xué)懂了。課外運(yùn)用的評價不但評出英語講得多講得好的同學(xué)，主要目的是鼓勵那些不敢講英語的同學(xué)，很多膽小的學(xué)生在這一評價過程中，在愛講英語同學(xué)的帶動下，從不說英語到開口說英語到平時喜歡講英語、喜歡運(yùn)用新學(xué)的英語，受益非淺。
4、個人自評與同學(xué)互評
每學(xué)期結(jié)束的時候，我們用表格的形式，采取學(xué)生先自評，同學(xué)互評的方法使全體學(xué)生參與口語評價，表格的指定是基于新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相關(guān)的目標(biāo)所定，學(xué)生自己填表與給同學(xué)填表這種評價，體現(xiàn)了學(xué)生成為學(xué)習(xí)的主人，每位學(xué)生都有權(quán)對自己和他人進(jìn)行評價，這是學(xué)生自我認(rèn)識、自我提高的過程，也督促同學(xué)間的互相學(xué)習(xí)、監(jiān)督與幫助。
5、家長評價
英語口語評價不能僅限于學(xué)生學(xué)校的活動，學(xué)生回到家里家長對學(xué)生聽磁帶的情況、背課文的語音語調(diào)、流利程度，看圖說話的句子運(yùn)用以及周末實(shí)際運(yùn)用英語的情況作出評價，寫在家校聯(lián)系冊的回執(zhí)欄里，即使家長不懂英語也沒有關(guān)系，他也要監(jiān)督學(xué)生完成英語口語作業(yè)。這一評價方式使家長及學(xué)生雙方感受到學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴的進(jìn)步，并且督促學(xué)生養(yǎng)成天天聽說英語的習(xí)慣。
一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)：
1、語言知識目標(biāo)：1）認(rèn)讀句子：We’re going to go to Hainantomorrow.I’m going to swim in thesea.I’m going to visit mygrandpa.2）認(rèn)讀單詞：children, tomorrow, from,China, swim, sea短語：by plane, getup
2、語言技能目標(biāo)：1）能聽懂并能口頭運(yùn)用We are going to go to Hainan tomorrow.I’m going to swim in the sea.這類語句描述即將做的事情，Module7的教案。2）能識別并能根據(jù)提示書寫單詞from，China。
3、學(xué)習(xí)策略：養(yǎng)成仔細(xì)觀察、認(rèn)真模仿的良好習(xí)慣，培養(yǎng)口語交際能力和發(fā)散思維能力。
4、文化意識：通過學(xué)習(xí)I’m from China.來培養(yǎng)學(xué)生愛國意識。
5、情感態(tài)度：通過本模塊旅游的主題來培養(yǎng)學(xué)生了解更多地理知識和風(fēng)土人情。
二、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)：準(zhǔn)確理解對話中的語句，掌握四會單詞和基本句型，并能正確書寫。
三、教學(xué)難點(diǎn)：會用“be goingto”結(jié)構(gòu)講述講自己的計(jì)劃或?qū)⒁l(fā)生的事情以及單詞visit的發(fā)音。
四、教學(xué)用具：CAI課件、CD-ROM、磁帶、單詞卡片。

二．提問學(xué)生起來說，當(dāng)很多人去一樣的地方的`時候就可以說We’re going to go to…（板書并領(lǐng)讀，生跟讀。）
